History

Rainbow moonstone is a radiant stone that is sometimes called “White Labradorite,” because of its glow in light. It is typically associated with moonstone and the moon. Ancient civilizations believed moonstone and rainbow moonstone were the same stone, as differences would not be noted until later. Ancient Romans believed that moonstones were created by moonbeams, associating the stones with the moon and their goddess Diana. The stone has been used in jewelry for many years, from the ancient Greek and Roman civilizations to now.

Rainbow Moonstone is also known as "White Labradorite," and is known to purify negative emotions. This stone can increase patience and bring inner peace and harmony.
